Pricing
All prices listed include GST but do not include shipping or handling charges. Please see the section on Shipping and Handling for further information. Prices are correct to the best of our knowledge as at the last publication date of the web site and are subject to change without notice. Should an item become unavailable at the price listed on this web site, customers will be advised of the price change prior to any charges being made in respect of that item.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees are not included in the purchase price. Confirmation of full price including shipping will be advised by return email prior to the order being processed. Customers are advised to wait until the full amount of purchse is calculated before sending cheques or depositing funds. Credit card payments are not processed until such time as the full amount including shipping is disclosed to the customer. 

Payment Options
Our preferred method of payment is by deposit to our business account. Goods will be shipped as soon as possible depending on availability and confirmation of payment. Parts are also available for pickup from our factory. Other payment types are accepted by Stewart Wilkins Motorsport, with the following conditions:

• Credit card payments. Payments are not processed until such time as the full price of goods and freight are established as well as the identity of the card holder established to our satisfaction. Stewart Wilkins Motorsport reserves the right to decline credit card transactions where delivery address, identity or ISP issued email details cannot be confirmed. All transactions made where goods are deliverd to the confirmed address of the card holder will be considered as final, except where goods are being returned under our return of goods policy.
• Cheque. Goods will be shipped on cheque clearance.
• COD. All shipments are made by Australia Post and as such must satisfy their policies. A deposit may be required for special orders shipped via COD. All shipments must be within Australia in an area serviced by Australia Post regular parcel freight, no dangerous goods can be shipped, the order may not exceed 20kg and the customer will be liable for any freight charges for uncollected goods returned to us by Australia post.
• Pick up & pay. All pick up and pay transactions are subject to prior approval and a deposit may be required for speical orders. 

 Return of Goods
Goods returned to our premises within 10 days of delivery and in original shipped condition and packaging will be credited for the full value of the goods. Acceptance of returned goods will be at the discretion of Stewart Wilkins Motorsport where:

• The goods were specially ordered for the customer and are suitable for the purposes stated at sale
• The goods were made to custom specifications for the customer and are suitable for the purposes stated when accepting the order
• The goods are not in the original condition as sold and may not be in re-saleable condition
• The goods are deemed faulty under warranty and may be easily repaired or replaced
• Change of mind purchases

Warranties
Warranties provided by the laws of Australia or its States remain effective.
No other warranties are offered, expressed or implied

Description of Goods
Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure that the goods are correctly described & fit the vehicles nominated on this web site, where there is any doubt as to the suitability of any part for a particular vehicle or application, this should be discussed with us prior to entering a purchase agreement. Stewart Wilkins Motorsport accept no responsibility for any errors contained on this web site and other than our return policies, no warranty or representation is given that the goods will be as so described, and Stewart Wilkins Motorsport will not accept any liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect or consequential which may result therefrom or from the incorrect fitting of any goods purchased from us.
