Quotations and Ordering

Because of the nature of the products we sell and for security reasons, yours and ours, all orders will be confirmed with a pro-forma invoice that will include an accurately priced delivery cost and details for using our payment gateway. This is your quotation.

No order will be processed until you respond to the pro-forma invoice and either pay with one of our approved methods or organise to pickup the goods and to pay, with one of our approved methods, at the time of pickup.

This ensures you receive the best possible price for the goods and the delivery, plus an accurate delivery time for any item that may not be in stock. It also helps protect us from fraudulent transactions.

Prices

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax. If you are an overseas buyer you are not required to pay the Australian Goods and Services Tax, please let us know and we will price your goods without GST.

Errors and Omissions

Every effort has been made to ensure the prices are accurate and kept up to date, but we reserve the right to correct errors and omissions. This is part of the idea behind the pro-forma invoice.

Comparison Shopping

If you think you have found a comparable item at a better price it's worth checking with us before you spend your money. There is often a VERY good, quality, durability or suitability reason why our products may be more expensive than another offering. This is particularly true for competition parts. It's worth an email or phone call to be sure.
